Hi, Nature’s Path. We’re long time fans of yours, especially enjoying the Mesa Sunrise cornflakes, among others of your products. Early last year, I received through a ‘stuff swap’ in my neighborhood a lovely little calendar from your company for 2010. It’s a small one and can either be hung on the wall or stood on the desk. I’ve so enjoyed it all year; not only do we buy organic food we can’t make ourselves, but we grow as much as we can for ourselves on our own small organic farm. So, the pictures and quotes on this little calendar have been such a treat all year. I’m wondering if I could receive one for the coming year? Thanks for any information you can give me….Jeanne

So where is the gluten hiding in this product? If you read the ingredients there should be no wheat in there, and yet the product does not have a GF label. Too bad for me I guess.

Thanks for taking the time to write to us about our products. Nature’s Path Granola and Granola Bars are not gluten free due to the oats. There is some discussion regarding the inclusion of oats. It seems that the protein in oats does not do damage, but the concern is the possibility of cross contamination of a gluten containing grain in the field or during the milling process. Therefore, at this time in North America most oats are not acceptable in a gluten free diet. Nature’s Path Foods has many products that are made without wheat, rye, barley or oats such as our Crunchy Maple Sunrise and Whole O’s, Best,

Hi there, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. All of Nature’s Path and EnviroKidz products are vegetarian, and most of our products are also vegan. We use dairy or honey due to the flavor profile or texture that these ingredients contribute to the product. Best, Emily, Brand Ambassador, Maple Pecan Maven

I just tried your products for the first time — the apricot bar. Loved it, not too sweet, very satisfying. I’d like to try the maple, but my store (Wegmans/Rochester NY) didn’t carry it. I recall they had the pumpkin and one other, I believe. Any way you can expand your offerings here? I am a maple pecan junkie. Thanks!

This bar was being given freely at my local health food store. I tried it and I found it way too sweet for my taste. Especially since it’s supposed to be “sweet & salty”, which is a flavor I usually like very much. The sweet just overpowers the salty.

These are REALLY good. They work out to 3 Weight Watcher points, which is a little steep for a WW snack, but definitely worth it. The typical 2 point bars don’t satisfy any where near these ones. And who doesn’t love maple? What a treat. :)

Unfortunately, I am writing to voice my displeasure at the new formulation of the granola bars. I have been LOVING the old bars and buying multiple boxes at a time - every flavour was wonderful. The new bars are in most cases the same or greater in calorie count, yet they are QUITE a bit smaller. I don’t find the flavour changes make up for the lack of size. I specifically enjoyed the flavours of the old bars, AND the fact that they were rather substantial in size; The new boxes weren’t the only thing to shrink! I wish Nature’s path had continued with the previous bars, which were better value and more satisfying. I’m afraid I will have to find another brand of bar that has more bang for the buck! Please bring the old bars back, or at least offer one or two flavours in the old larger size. I’m all for reducing cardboard waste, but there must’ve been a way to salvage the old bars in the process! Thank you for your consideration :)

Hi Ashley, thanks for taking the time to write to us, we appreciate your feedback. In responding to consumer requests, some of our Granola Bars have been reformulated, and we have introduced two new flavors. In order to align our product with others in the market, and to have a healthier portion size, all the bars are now 35g. In fact, the new bars are packaged in a more sustainable box using 36% less cardboard, saving 472,000 gallons of water and tons of waste every year. Best, Kyla, Brand Ambassador, Gorilla Munch Addict

Hey! Here’s our newest granola bar! We get some of our best ideas by talking to consumers like you. Case in point: this new “MMMaple Pecan” bar. It’s got great stuff like a creamy icing, real maple syrup, pecans and the benefits of flax and fibre. The box is kinda new, too. We found a way to make them a third smaller, thereby saving thousands of gallons of water and tons of waste every year. That’s like 35 less cars on the road! We think they’re pretty amazing, but of course we want to get your feedback on them. What do YOU think? Feel free to send us a line! Rosy, Head of Granola Bars at Nature’s Path Organic Foods
